James Clough, known to everybody as Jim was born on December 28, 1949. Throughout his life Jim was a very dear son that made his parents proud. Jim was a caring, kind, loving and thoughtful brother, brother-in-law, nephew, cousin, uncle, great uncle and godfather, together with a fun, trusted and loyal friend to many.
Jim was a considerate, sincere and fun-loving man, bloody good company, hard working and honest, genuine, graceful, gentle and sharing in his nature and, always generous in spirit and with his time (not so generous with his secret chocolate stash though!). Is it any wonder, with all of those aforementioned qualities that Jim is truly missed, has left his family and friends with such treasured memories of good times and laughs and, has left a forever cherished touch on many peoples' lives.
I ask, "what would Jim have wanted?" I think the answer would have been "to remember the laughs (oh boy, was there some laughing over the years!), to remember ALL those good times shared and, to look after each other."
To a delightful and compassionate man, that led a wonderful life, and touched all of ours for the better.
Always remembered and always loved.

A THANK YOU
This is a small note to express sincere thanks and appreciation to family and friends that have offered their support together with such kind words and thoughtful gestures and, that so generously donated monies in memory of Jim at his funeral (that you will see have since been donated to the Jim Clough Hope Tribute Fund).
Jim would no doubt have been quite humbled by such generosity and support and, so delighted that such kindness will contribute towards the wonderful work of The Christie and to providing help and support to others.
With continued heart felt thanks and appreciation to all.
